Created for a non-profit organization to help my friend. A modern website showcasing the foundation's mission and impact.
Why I Built This
I built this after meeting Raymond Stevens and learning about his foundation. I served an LDS mission in Sierra Leone, and since then I've been actively looking for opportunities to give back to the people who shaped that experience. When I discovered Ray's work, it was a natural fit — a chance to use my skills for something meaningful.
How It Works
The site is built with React and designed to showcase the foundation's mission and impact. I coordinated directly with Raymond and his stakeholders throughout the process, translating their vision into a clean, accessible website.
What I Learned
Working with non-technical stakeholders taught me to be proactive — not just ask "what do you want?" but come prepared with options and recommendations. When people don't speak your technical language, it's on you to bridge that gap and make decisions easier for them.
